Document Preparation
Our simple and inexpensive online/assisted (members will have access to telephonic document preparers) process will enable consumers to complete their own legal document preparation from the comfort of their home, without incurring the cost of an attorney, or dealing with lengthy completion and delivery periods. Member’s will receive a preferred discount of 10% off and the types of forms include, divorce, wills, living wills, power of attorneys, immigration and much more.
Legal Assistance
Legal Consultation Member receives up to 60-minute, face-to-face or telephonic consultation at no charge. For services beyond the initial 60 minutes, member receives a preferred discount rate of 25% off attorneys normal hourly fee. Members have access to virtually all areas of law, such as family/domestic matters, estate planning, civil matters, criminal, motor vehicle, real estate, etc. Matters involving employment are not covered.
Financial Assistance
Typical matters include credit counseling, debt and budgeting assistance, retirement planning, tax planning and college education planning. These services are provided by financial professionals, including CPA's, former bankers, registered representatives, plus each of our financial specialist are certified credit counselors. Local assistance is available for those members having more complex financial planning issues.
Free Will Program
ACI’s state specific interactive Online Will Program provides members with a resource to create their own will privately online and free of charge. The enhanced Free Will Program provides members with a will kit and preparation by an attorney free of charge.
